Say Hello to CountMyCrop
Manual counting in grain scoring is now a thing of the past.
With our innovative CountMyCrop app, you can measure wheat
ear density quickly and accurately using your smartphone. No
more tedious and inaccurate manual counting, but fast, efficient
and accurate results.
Our innovative app uses image-based methods supported by AI
to change the way you evaluate your crop and grow varieties.

How to CountMyCrop?
Simply attach your smartphone to a selfie stick, use the remote trigger and let our app do the rest.
To measure the ear density, take a photo 100 cm above the ear level. To set the correct height, we provide you with our reference distance tool free of charge, which you attach magnetically to your smartphone. The measurement is evaluated on your smartphone within seconds.
Our workflow is kept as simple as possible:
Simply start the measurement in the field and receive the results immediately, without any subsequent data transfer or processing.
And best of all: CountMyCrop can be used anywhere, without data consumption or mobile phone connection.

More about CountMyCrop
Our app uses advanced image processing technologies and
artificial intelligence to determine ear density.
And this is done in seconds, as the video of a real-time
evaluation shows.
The measurements are taken on a plot basis with an
algorithmic measurement error of less than 2%.
Results are saved in a csv file after each plot.

How precise is CountMyCrop?
The exceptional aspect of our app:
The accuracy of the ear density determination was not only
determined using images, but also comprehensively tested with
manual counts in the field and confirmed.
The remarkably high correlation of r = 0.91
(maximum possible: r = 0.93) between the measurement results
of CountMyCrop and the reference method (manual counting of
5 running meters) underlines the reliability and accuracy of this
innovative app.
